Our Story:
Volks Werks is a family run business, based in Burntwood, Staffordshire.
It all started 12 years ago with a red T4 campervan named DJ — our very first build. What began as a personal project quickly gained attention, with friends praising the craftsmanship and encouraging the idea of turning passion into a profession.
With a solid background in engineering and vehicle building, that dream became reality in 2024 when Volks Werks was born. The name, meaning "the people's factory," reflects our mission: to create high-quality, affordable campervans at a time when prices are soaring.
